James P. Powderly graduated from New York University and Northeastern School of Law. Prior to entering private practice, he assisted the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office, the Massachusetts Federal Defender’s Office, and the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office. Rhode Island attorney James Powderly has represented over 500 individuals in the criminal courts located throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts since he first began his private practice.
