Man hit bar car, stuck in windshield for over a mile

A man was injured when he was hit by a car and dragged for more than a mile last week. According to police reports, although the man was stuck in the windshield, the driver did not stop for a mile. 

The man driving the car was charged with leaving the scne of an accident and allegedly did not stop until another car started following him.
