The actual details of a criminal report

by Administrator 26. October 2009 05:29

Many people talk about the need to keep their criminal records clean. However, many of these people are unaware of what exactly appears on a criminal record.

Most criminal records contain the following basic information: name, date of birth, physcial description, current address, type of crimes committed, and information related to those crimes.

Typically, criminal records are only maintained by the office that was involved with the crime. For instance, if someone committed a crime in a state, then the state where the crime was committed would likely be the only office that would hold onto the criminal information.

Having a criminal record can be damaging for anyone's job prospects. If you are interested in getting your crime off your record, contact the Rhode Island expungement lawyer James Powderly at 401-662-9006.
